first of many, players are going to have a lot of free time on their hands....

I guess we should start to list them all in one central location.

Redskins DT Albert Haynesworth
has been charged with simple assault after turning himself in for a "road rage" incident last week. This had been expected all along, as Haynesworth made it clear that he would cooperate with authorities before fighting the charge in court. Both versions of the road rage story are believable. The other man claims Haynesworth lost his cool, got out of his truck, and threw a punch. Haynesworth's camp claims the other man knew it was the millionaire defensive tackle in the truck and escalated the situation in search of an easy payday. Haynesworth is scheduled to appear in Fairfax County Criminal Court on March 31.

Also another rumor about sexual assault that hasn't been verified in any way yet.

Redskins PR Brandon Banks, who suffered superficial knife wounds early Saturday morning, is expected to be released from the hospital by Sunday night. Analysis: "He's recovering well, there's no damage and no residual effects, so it looks like he's going to make a full recovery and be just fine," Banks' agent said. It's clear now that Banks had no role in the escalation of the fight, entering the fracas as a peacemaker instead.

Free agent WR Legedu Naanee was arrested for public intoxication and resisting arrest Saturday in Indianapolis. Apparently came across an active crime scene at 3 am and when asked to leave by officers became beligerent and pulled the old "do you know who I am?" card

I know who you are. A one trick dumbass free agent who just probably make himself an after thought with Adolf Smith the GM down there. Good job fella.

A bit of an update here. Banks was not released Sun. He is still in the hospital with a tube in him to prevent his lung from collapsing. So this was not as minor as his agent has been saying but is probably still no big deal as far as next season goes.

he's been out of football for awhile, but . . .

Former NFL OG Claude Terrell was arrested Thursday, Feb. 17, and charged with beating and forcing sex on a Texas City woman at gunpoint, according to The Telegraph. Terrell was arrested in November for assaulting the same woman. He allegedly held the woman for seven hours Monday, Feb. 14, after the woman had dropped her children off at school. Terrell has been out of football since he was released by the St. Louis Rams in 2007 following an arrest for domestic violence. He is still on probation from that arrest and could face up to life in prison for the latest charges.

See more proof they make too much money and have to much free time to waste it. There not smart enough to do the right hting in life an be role models for todays youth. They feel untouchable and do know money will buy you out of everything. Just ask OJ. Got away with murder but caught stealing his own shit in vegas. They have no sense in responsibility anymore.

Only thing worse in prison than killing your wife is killing a cop or a child molester. Wish they would have tattooed his sorry ass.

Packers | Johnny Jolly arrested Fri Mar 25, 03:21 PM

Green Bay Packers DL Johnny Jolly was arrested Friday, March 25, for possession of codeine, which is a felony charge, according to Anna-Megan Raley and Gavin Spittle, of CBSHoustonTX.com. Jolly was pulled over for a traffic violation but gave the police a state identification card instead of a driver's license. The police found out that Jolly's license is suspended and is not eligible for renewal. The police found 600 grams of codeine as well as an unidentified substance.

Here's the story from rotoworld,
CBS Houston reports that Packers DE Johnny Jolly was arrested for possession of cocaine on Friday morning.
He's not going to play in the NFL again. Jolly, 28, was already under a league-imposed indefinite for being a prominent member of the Houston drug trade from 2006 through May of 2008. The former Packers starter was booked at 12:45AM early Friday after police discovered 600 grams of cocaine in his car following a routine traffic stop. It's a felony charge and will ensure that Roger Goodell does not lift Jolly's suspension anytime soon.

There was a story about him a few hours before this report. I'll see if I can find it. Yep from noon yesterday.

Coach Mike McCarthy said at the NFL owners meetings that suspended DE Johnny Jolly is "definitely" in the Packers' plans.
"Definitely," said McCarthy. "We’ll let the process take its course." Jolly, 28, began his bid for reinstatement over the winter. He remains subject to an indefinite suspension after violating the league's substance abuse and personal conduct policies after (allegedly) orchestrating a drug ring in Houston. The Packers should consider anything Jolly adds a big bonus.

What a difference a day makes.

Eagles LT Jason Peters has been arrested on charges of disturbing the peace in Shreveport, La.
It appears his arrest stemmed from playing "loud music," but details, including when exactly he was arrested, are scarce at the moment. He was booked into Shreveport City Jail, presumably early Saturday morning, and released. More details should be available by Sunday, but from the sound of it, Peters' crime was minor in nature.

Doofus....turn your music down....

They dont realize that they have huge targets on their backs. Everything they do is noticed and mutiplied out of proportion. 1 gram of coke turns into 100 kilos smuggling out of mexico, listening to beethoven turns into playing 2 live crews fk the police as loud as the radio goes in suburbia. True alot just do some dumb shit but is it all really news worthy? With all these stupid acts making headline news, you can tell its some slow days in football news right now.
