These QB's need to think like Mahomes or even Brady. Make sure the team has room to operate and improve. Mahomes's contract is one of the friendliest for the team out there yet he still made a haul. Lamar needs an agent. Mom isn't the answer.
You are correct. With a fixed hard cap teams can’t keep eating $50+ million for one player alone. But the NFLPA is driving some of this to get max $$$$ for players

Yes, as did Belichick and Brady. Although at the end Brady was getting screwed as Belichick did not really spend to get pieces to help Brady. That has not been the case so far in KC
