That would be the most Jets thing ever, but doubtful it will happen. Sounds like major coach speak.

But maybe they trade him. Last year of rookie contract and they won't FT him. They are going to suck this year anyway. Might as well get something now.

Browns re-sign TE Blake Whiteheart

The NFC South would never make the playoffs again

Its a seeding adjustment, not requirements to get into the playoffs. Net, they don't want a situation where a team that is 0.500 or below getting a top seeding, when there are one or two WC teams that have a better record. Net you seeding in the playoffs will be determined by overall record, not if you won the division or not. Potentially you could see a WC team hosting a game or two....

Packers re-sign DL Arron Mosby

Colts hosted Quinn Ewers today

Tyler Shough visited Browns on Monday and going to Giants today

Shedeur Sanders visiting the Raiders on Monday of next week - hmmmmm

Raiders hosting Ashton Jeanty, Jaxson Dart and Will Campbell today

So, reports out that Shedeur Sanders does not want to go to any team in the top 3, and instead would rather end up with Raiders, Saints or Steelers. - this could explain all the talk on Browns and Giants going other direction and having visits with QBs that are expected to go late first or early 2nd.

Well that was a $100,000,000 well spent for the Saints.

Eight-time Pro-Bowl CB Patrick Peterson will be in Arizona on Monday to retire as a Cardinal, per source. Peterson played 13 years in the NFL, including his first 10 seasons in Arizona, where he was a three-time All-Pro selection.

Very few fans wanted him to start anyway, myself included.
Plus Chris Olave is probably happy. Saints should make a deal to get Jameis back. Fantasy football gold and Saints tanking at the same time as they rebuild 🍿

On a serious note, definitely hurts Kamara's value without Carr checking down 8-10 times a game.
