Case Keenum to start for Houston

The Eagles have made Matt Patricia essentially their new defensive coordinator, per @JayGlazer. Sean Desai is still in the organization, but Patricia is now running the defense, starting Monday night vs. Seattle. It was a move quietly made this week.
