The palm Beach Post says that it's hard not to notice how good Tannehill has looked throwing the ball.

Hernandez has been "on fire" early in Patriots training camp.

Lloyd looks like he's been playing with Tom Brady "for decades", according to reports. Good reports on Lloyd come out nearly every day.

The Philadelphia Inquirer says that it is clear that Dion Lewis is the #2 RB in camp. Another paper says he's not.

The Rams have moved Greg Salas to the outside WR spot away from the slot. He played outside quite a bit in college so it's not a big move for him. Same zip code just a different block.

Woah Nelly, the news from Tampa is getting a bit rediculous here.
Bucs rookie RB Doug Martin is being compared to Ray Rice and MJD early in camp.

Then, as if the RB situation in DC is confusing enough with Shanny making the calls there's this: Shanahan continues to express confidence in Evan Royster's running ability. He says you can't tackle the man. I'm avoiding any RB that plays in DC this year.

Peter King thinks that Eric Decker is "sure to be among the league leaders in receptions if he plays for 16 games." Duh, I agree.

Reports say that the Chargers plan is to use Eddie Royal primarily in the slot with Malcom Floyd and Robert Meachem on the outside. No mention of Vincent Brown. There's been some lofty praise for Royal come out of camp with one guy even predicting that Royal could be the number one WR in the league this year. I wonder what that dude was smoking. I've bet on Royal and lost for the last time in his career.

Seahawks third-round QB Russell Wilson took the most of the first-team reps during Monday's practice. This is truely a three man competition. Yuck!

Browns TE Jordan Cameron is making a big push in camp for the TE 2 job.

Seyi Ajirotutu is "making himself a part" of the competition for the Panthers' No. 2 receiver job. Lord I hope that I don't have to learn how to spell that name on a weekly basis.

Eagles WR Ron Johnson has been diagnosed with a dislocated left ankle, and likely break.
The injury should end Johnson's season. Sorry for the bad news kid.

AP was hospitalized after suffering an allergic reaction Monday to some seafood. He's okay and back at camp. Note to AP: Don't eat shellfish in months that do not have an "R" in them.

Kolb bruised his right thigh late in Monday's practice and left for treatment. It's not expected to be as bruised as his ego will be when he loses his starting gig.

GM Martin Mayhew is "very positive" and "very comfortable" that Jahvid Best will be cleared to play in 2012. He did add that he's surprised and disappointed that he hasn't been cleared yet. He added additionally that the Lions have spoken with several FA RB's and will add one when and if the time is right.

I'd be a concerned if I was him myself. Over seven months since he was last concussed and he's still not cleared is a cause for deep concern IMO.

A Philly newspaper says that QB Mike Kafka has won the Eagles' backup roll.

Too bad we don't have V-Bookie anymore or we could place bets as to what week he'll draw his first start for an Injured Vick.

Adam Schefter reports thatfree agent Plaxico Burress is in shape.

I'm happy to hear that. So far Plax hasn't drawn any interest from NFL clubs.

Big progress is being reported between the Titans and Kendall Wright with an agreement said to be possible this afternoon.

ESPN's Pat Yasinskas reports that Julio Jones the most impressive player he's watched in any training camp thus far.

Jaguars coach Mike Mularkey has never met holdout running back MJD.

Might I suggest coach that you go out of your way to have a face to face with your one stud.

Bengals signed coach Marvin Lewis to a two-year contract extension locking him up through 2014. The AP 2009 Coach of the year is the longest tenured coach in Bengal history. I didn't know that. Good job Cinci.

The usually rock solid defense for the Ravens is about as beat up as one can get making them a defense not to reach for in this years draft. Gone right now are Haloti Ngata (hamstring), rookie OLB Courtney Upshaw (shoulder), and DE Pernell McPhee (knee). Then there's CB Jimmy Smith nursing a shoulder bruise and LB Terell Suggs out for most if not all of the season. Don't get caught reaching for the Ravens defense based upon their reputation.

Percy Harvin left the field with a jammed finger today.

It is feared that TE Dennis Pitta may have broken his hand at practice Monday, the Baltimore Sun reports. Analysis: Tests are on tap, but assuming that his hand is indeed broken as feared, Ed Dickson would be in line see increased reps (and see a boost in value) while Pitta is sidelined.

Vikings QB Christian Ponder agreed with what his OC Bill Musgrave had to say a few days ago about TE Kyle Rudolph bing a big target that they were going to lean on this season.

second-year receiver Jon Baldwin has had some great practices with Bowe AWOL from camp. Plus there are reports that Cassel is actually looking good in the early going.

Now that's good because there's not much behind him on the bench.

Giants cornerback Terrell Thomas is probably going to miss the entire 2012 season with a torn right ACL suffered in practice Monday.

There seems to be a lot of that in the early going Coach. I've heard complaints about Jordy, Henderson, and Laurant already.

Same reports, same guys...... is what I am seeing.

Antonio Gates is running with no limp at training camp. Gates' foot woes appear to be behind him. He participated in OTAs and minicamp without issue and has been all smiles since training camp started. "I appreciate my health so much now that I've got it back," Gates said. He's 32 now and remains an injury risk, but few tight ends are better in the red zone.

The Denver Post, second-round pick Brock Osweiler, already running with the second team has shown "footwork that is rare for a quarterback so tall."

Great, If this doesn't work out for him he can try Dancing with the stars. Just kidding, lol. I like this guy and he gets to play behind the best field general ever to play the game.

OKay, I have to say :bs: here. You have a player that had concussions so severe that you haven't released that player to practice yet and its been over 6 months? What can you possibly expect to change? I am avoiding Best like the plague now....sheesh
