New coaches in the NFL or those rumored...

the Chiefs defense was routinely humiliated this year. quite a coup by Crennel.

That defense was pretty stout the second half of the season. And Crennel says he's going to continue calling the defensive plays. They will get their key players back from injury and hurt a lot of feelings next season.

A division of big rivalries.... The last game shutting down the Broncos in a game that in theory should have knocked the Broncos out the Playoffs evidently carried some serious Mojo.

To me this moves the Jags to the list of teams ready willing and able...to move to L.A.
A questionable hire at best, the new ownership will endure two or three years to honor the out-going owner's wishes.

Could be a shrewd move by Shahid, buying in to the NFL with "straight cash homey" and then cry economic hardship for a move to L.A.

WOW really seriously. Still this talk of Jax leaving town. Not going to happen any time soon if it does happen. And screw LA and them wanting a team. How many times they going to put a team there just to see it go away a few years....AGAIN.

And last i've heard, just days ago, was the Raiders demanding a new stadium in Oakland and have been in contact with LA for a new stadium. Think its just a ploy to get the city of Oakland to cough up the money but who knows. Not like the Raiders have been faithful to any town the last decade or so anyways.

NFL.com's Mike Lombardi reports that the Rams have offered Brian Schottnheimer their offensive coordinator position, and Schottenheimer "will accept the position."

Kansas City - Romeo Crennell - DC promoted to HC
St. Louis - Fisher gets job, Schottenheimer is OC(Brian that is).
Miami - Talking to many, but have not heard a favorite as of yet.
Tampa Bay - Talking to Marty Shottenheimer, Zimmer and a few OCs too.
Jacksonville - Mike Mularkey former OC of Atlanta
Oakland - rumors suppose a Green Bay Connection to new GM

Stout once Haley was out.
just speculation my brother

where was the D early?
just looks like a coup to me.

not a fan of Haley or his Cassel.

If not for the Cowboys I would be a Chiefs fan.
If not for the Cowboys the Chiefs would still be the Dallas Texans.

Injuries to the TE and RB derailed a promising season.

I think Crennell stole the team

That coach from Oregon that turned down the Tampa HC job was just going for leverage from the university it seems. Really looked like he did it for more money or something like that. He never did seem serious about it and waited til the last minute to decline the offer.

Former GB head coach and Texas A&M head coach Mike Sherman is going for a 2nd interview with Tampa Bay. Per multiple sources.

Belief in Cincy area is since they are letting DB coach Coyle interview with Miami for DC job, that Zimmer will be back as DC next year and won't get the TB head coaching job
