Mohammad Massaquoi - Draft Projection - NFL Impact

I love this dude. He's gone from a 3rd/4th round guy to a 2nd rounder in the past few weeks.

Wow! Really? I have not noticed that rise but that is not where I would have placed him. Cost is to high for my tastes.

Is there going to be a run on the WR's? If so starting where?

I thought he started practicing but mid week had to back out because of some injury (nothing major) related reason.

Think I read something about this on the Draftguys website but can't remember if it was Senior, Shrine or some other game. Seems he showed initial improvement but then got dinged.

Ok...let me check on that......

Found it:

Massaquoi has the frame pro scouts like, as well as quickness and athleticism to succeed in the NFL. He gets high marks for intangibles like work ethic, character, and leadership, and he impressed initially at the Senior Bowl before his week ended prematurely due to a hamstring injury. In short, Massaquoi will be drafted because he has all the physical traits of a pro wide receiver and strikes scouts as the kind of guy who will work hard within their system.

Yes I would love him in a Pitt uni. He's similar in size to Hines, went to Georgia like Hines, and is probably the best blocking WR in the entire class.
Only reason he didn't make my Steelers draft preview is that I don't want a WR in the late 2nd round, which I believe he'll go.

Remember last year when they had the crazy run on tackles? Id almost be willing to bet it happens between 22 and 43 in this draft. Somewhere in there.

I will NOT be eating crow on this one. Cleveland got one hell of a football player with this pick, and I won't look FWD to seeing him twice a year.
