Ponder is hoping to set up workouts in Florida this week with WRs Sidney Rice and Percy Harvin. More and more teams...... uh, players are banding together to get some football work in during the off-season.

Of course he is. What else is he going to do? This guy needs to start throwing to these receivers so that they can quickly realize that he's not going to bullet them like Favre. Ponder is in a great situation and I think he's smart enough to realize that. Get as much work in as you can with two talented receivers and let AP carry the load. He'll be fine, IMO.

As it turns out, none of the WRs chose to show up. Harvin, (free agent) Sidney Rice, Bernard Berrian or Visanthe Shiancoe didn't show up for Ponder's workouts. Harvin pulled the old lost my cellphone gag.
