JaMarcus Russell's agent offered "no comment" when asked about rumors that the free agent would be joining the Bengals.

Chad Ochocinco has dropped several hints via his Twitter account that Russell would sign with the Bengals. Tweeted Ocho: "Jamarcus Russell, you on twitter, if not its cool I'll see you in minicamp, ooops, did I just leak that info?" ESPN's Adam Schefter responded by saying the Bengals aren't the only team to have contacted Russell, and there are no plans for the quarterback to join any team's minicamp right now.

Who was the #2 in Cincy last year? I'm too lazy to look it up. I don't think it was anyone great. Maybe Jamarcus just needs a change in scenery to live up to his true potential.

I think it was the Lions QB who ran out of the back of the endzone during a play 2 years ago. I believe it started with an O or something like that. Jordan Palmer was their number 3 I believe.

Couple things here...first WTF!!! I don't get this at all, hell I'd rather have Jordan Palmer as the number 3 than this lazy fat ass.

Second, man I'm kinda disappointed....I know not everyone is going to know who every back-up in the league is, but I would have figured that at least one person around here could have corrected Bodey and Chris....Orlovsky was not the #2 in Cincy last year, it was JT O'Sullivan. Started a few games for the 49ers in 08'. Man, you all need to work on your b/u QB trivia ;)
