Denver RB McGahee was forced from Sunday's game with a knee injury. The Broncos do not think anything is tore at this point and are hopeful that it's only a strain. This could give Hillman the opening he's been needing to light it up in the Mile High City. Tests are scheduled for today and we should have those results sooner rather thn later.

Hillman and ball will split, but Hillman is probably the better snag

That is a blow to the team and I feel real sorry for McGahee. It's not like his leg got turn around at the knee again though.

Add a broken leg to McGahee's ailments. Best case he might be back for week 16. Cut him from redraft leagues as he'll be out of shape since he can't work out or put any weight on the leg which isn't supposed to need surgery.

McGahee has been placed on IR whcih finishes him for the season.
 
Elway is making some noise about Moreno???? Why Elway? If Moreno isn't too heavily involved I feel Hillman in ppr and Ball in standard.

Denver Broncos RB Knowshon Moreno will start in Week 12 against the Kansas City Chiefs. He has posted the two highest rushing yardage games of his career versus KC.
 
The Broncs haven't shown any faith in No-Show all season long so this seems to indicate they really don't trust Hillman to pass block. Interesting move and none of the RB's for Denver should be trusted this week IMO.

Updating a previous report, the Denver Broncos are not confirming that RB Knowshon Moreno will start in Week 12 against the Kansas City Chiefs, but it looks like a good chance that he'll have the chance to be the lead back.

Denver Broncos RB Knowshon Moreno (groin), who is probable for Week 12, had a very good week of practice and was strong in his pass protection. Moreno is expected to see an increased role moving forward due to RB Willis McGahee (knee, leg) being out of action.




fbgview: CBS is reporting that Moreno will get the start, but Ronnie Hillman is more explosive and probably still the best play in the Broncos backfield this week.
