Max Hall draws start in week 5 for Cardinals

Max Hall will be the Cardinals' starting quarterback in Week 5 against New Orleans.

It was Ken Whisenhunt's only real choice. The situation is pretty good for the undrafted rookie to make his first NFL start, as the Saints aren't forcing near as many turnovers as last year and have gotten just one sack in four games out of DEs Will Smith and Alex Brown. Hall is worth grabbing immediately in two-quarterback leagues. He's an instant upgrade over Derek Anderson in terms of accuracy and football smarts, and should help the cause of Larry Fitzgerald with more after-catch opportunities. The Cards will likely also look to feature Beanie Wells in the running game to "take pressure off" Hall.

THIS is exactly why I was down on Fitz. Everyone was still on his bandwagon, and I and a few others called out you can't be an elite Wr if you have crap for Qb.

There are a whole lot of very disappointed 1st round drafters right now.

Anyone who took Fitz in the first round with Matt Leinhart as the starting QB back then deserves this!!! I mean someone had to take him but no way I was touching him first and maybe second round.

He reported he was fine after the game. May need to keep an eye on it though.
