Marshawn Lynch - How much faith do you have in him?

Lynch blew up last year and is still only 26 yrs old......yet you don't hear a lot of buzz about him. For a guy who combined for over 1400 yds and 13 TD's he seems to be flying under the radar. What do the Outlaws think about him? Would you take him in the 2nd round? Is he finally living up the hype he had coming into the league or will he come crashing back to earth this season?

I dont worry so much about him as I do the rest of the team. Its still a train wreck, and until Pete really stops the "crainial/rectal inversion" and names Flynn the starter, it hurts his value a touch.

did it hurt his value a bit last year with the train wreck they had at QB?

Yeah Miller, I'd take Lynch in the second. He seemed to grow up last year and though that may be his best ever there's still got to be a lot in his tank.

I think I agree, though I must say, I would feel a little dirty taking him in the 2nd, not sure why though. I checked his ADP and I see it is around the turn (2.1)......that makes me pause a bit, not sure I could see taking him there.

It was fun watching the light come on for him last year and the playoff game vs the Saints and his magic run in that game that ended our season the year before.

I would take him anywhere in the second round. it would feel a little risky at the turn early in a snake draft but I would feel comfortable 13/14th or later overall

The man just got paid, has never had back to back good years, and has a Marion Barber type running style. I don't like it.

The key to his season last year was the line staying pretty healthy and him losing weight last offseason. If those things hold true there shouldn't be anything preventing him from playing well again.

The line wasn't healthy last year, but talent wise it is getting a lot better. Look for him to do more this year

I like Lynch, its good to see he has dropped the knuckle headed moves he made in Buffalo. I also agree with AD that the line should be better. If they can get any improvement from the Qb position, so they don't stack the box, I could see even more improvement next year. I just can't see spending a 2nd rounder on him though, maybe a 3rd, but not a high second.

His numbers make him a second rounder and that's where he will go in most drafts. I think qb play can only go up. I would take him second round. Who else are we taking?

i definitely wouldnt go 2nd, but i see why some would. I wouldnt go any higher than 3 probably, but i spose it would depend on what runners were still around in rd 2

Depending on scoring, I usually take Wr/Wr.

If you are Rb friendly scoring...not sure...lets see.
First round Rbs(assuming no injuries or hold outs) - Foster, McCoy, Rice, MJD, Chris Johnson
Second round Rbs - Forte(could be first), McFadden, Matthews(I wouldn't but some will), A.P., Murray and maybe Lynch
My guess is ...Lynch will probably fall into the third, with Richardson the rookie and maybe Charles.
