Marques Colston Out 4 Weeks

Hi Folks,

Bad news out of New Orleans as FOX Sports Jay Glazer is reporting that Saints WR Marques Colston suffered a broken collarbone last night and will be out 4 weeks.

Here's what Glazer posted: "M Colston broke his collarbone and will be out approx 4 weeks! Tough loss"

Tough news for Colston and the Saints. Lance Moore would be the guy you'd think would see more time but he clearly has injury issues of his own missing last nights game with a groin issue. I tend to think this boosts Meachem more. Adrian Arrington is a guy that's excellent filling in for Colston so he could be a factors as well.

It's a tough call in this offense as they have so many targets. It's very possible that no one player gets a significant boost and they just spread the ball around to their many weapons.

But the one thing that seems for sure is Colston is going to be out for about 4 weeks. We also see no big reason to worry about Drew Brees. He looks fantastic.

The from the looks of Graham, he still needs time a mature and gain his confidence on the longer, covered routes. Meacham and Henderson will also suffer a bit more now that Colston isn't there to draw the coverage.
