If you are Philly, and you are really playing for nothing.... Why risk McCoy? Seriously, let the dude recuperate and let Brown play. They have already said Foles will start rest of season regardless of Vick's health. Let McCoy rest, he has earned it.

except thats he last thing mccoy likely wants... in the world of the NFL when you're injured you're outta sight and outta mind... plus if he is proven "replaceable" they wouldn't have to pay him as much or necessarily hang on to him at all... he loses all bargaining leverage with his own team and to an extent every other team

First get Shady healthy and then worry about it. Philly is going no where either way. Big changes coming. At the very least it's now a full blown RBBC which isn't helping any dynasty team.

Well, my view on this is that McCoy wasn't dominating this year and everyone seemed to be pointing to the crapass QB play and the crapass OL play as the reason why. Brown comes in and Presto, the running game explodes. Maybe Brown is just a more talented runner.

Glad I moved Shady for Rice in dynasty this year. Brown is friggin good.

No reason to bring McCoy back at this point. I can't remember the last time a late season pick up is going to impact FF outcomes like Brown will this year. Sorry I missed out.

ditka just mentioned Unitas (A Lithuanian... not surprisingly clearly superior) taking over for george shaw today on the radio... but he coulda mentioned brady over bledsoe, foster over riggs in college... larry johnson gfor priest holmes, philip rivers for drew brees... you could go on forever - it's an unhappy and ever present reality in the NFL
