Locker in Tennessee

What do you think of the fit? How does this effect CJ2K in your opinion?

I think CJ's value takes a hit somewhat. Locker will not scare defenses into backing off the box. 8 man fronts will likely be a staple for CJ to look at for years to come.

Damn I called this... Aside from that, we can at least say that this is definitely an upgrade from Kerry Collins. Honestly, Kerry Collins is better than Locker right now, but that's because he's got like 30 billion decades of experience in the NFL. Locker is a better prospect and I do believe he has the ability to one day be very good.

I'm not a fan of Locker's, as many of you know, but completely wish him the best.

I love his heart....but he's just too wreckless and his accuracy sucks. He could be good, I just not sure this was a good fit for Tennessee.

I think Locker brings a level of athleticism, attitude and work ethic you cannot coach. The Titans feels the accuracy can be coached.

I'm not particularly worried about his impact on the supporting cast, at least after his first year is under his belt.

They need to find him a dependable grown up wideout to throw to now. One has to wonder if britt is gonna make it??? Gage is old. nate can stretch the field still. maybe they can kick start Damien Williams, last years #2 pick.

This bodes well for their young TE.

I think a move to get Hankerson, Greg Little, or Titus Young would be great for TN now. The problem is that they still need help at DL.

I was huge on greg Little but he had a very rough showing in the interviews, and the Titans can't chance him. Lots of raw talent but too much Britt in him! I have fallin off the greg little in the 2nd for the Packers bandwagon. If they could pull off Hankerson that would be perfect.

not sure what to think other than what i've said all along about the qbs' values . . . palmer might be able to make it work though . . . there has already been talk of cj2k being more involved in the passing game and seems like he'll be getting a lot more check down passes now too . . . dl and ol both need work somewhere in the offseason (draft/fa), so i'm not sure what there next move is draftwise . . . wr is more of a luxury pick at #2 with the other needs, imo.

So a solid, but boring, starter that will spend his career on almost good teams?

To Alot of QBs out there, that would be a complement. Young, Russell, Smith and probably half of the draft class we just had would be tickled pink to be like Brunell.
