Late QB Question

Coming at you
In an early draft and waited on a QB. A little feedback would be appreciated.

12 team, standard scoring, all TDs 6 points.

Here is who I narrowed it down to:

McNabb-Normally would be a no brainer but new offense, no dominant receivers scare me.

Flacco-Added Boldin and they are opening up the offense.

Ryan-Just concerned about offensive philosophy. Will he throw enough.

Kolb and Eli are already gone along with the top Tier guys.

Thanks in advance.

i like ryan slightly better than flacco and i have concerns with mcnabb as well . . . since you waited, it might be prudent to try to get them both . . . ;)

Flacco!! They will have to score more as the defense changes. This can be a scary defense from the lead but not so much when they trail anymore, and Flacco will ratchet it up with the new receiving weapons.

Flacco is a fine #2. I was hoping Kolb would fall after Flacco but i can see that that was a pipe dream.

I would go Ryan then McNabb. My only concern on McNabb is if they will be able to protect him or not. Washington has depth at Wr....if Moss is healthy. Cooley coming back will help as well. I actually think Ryan will have a pretty decent year...as they learned they can't just bury Turner in carries imo.

Cross D.McNabb of the list, no weapons in Washington plus his age and he will miss X amount of games is always his M.O.

Either J.Flacco or M.Ryan, i would put Flacco ahead by a nose over Ryan

Thanks for the input. I was so underwhelmed by the choices that I traded down again, so the decision will probably be made for me.

Only two other teams need QBs, so I'll cross my fingers that a back-up QB run doesn't start.

McNabb is not a bad choice... Washington has the best schedule for QBs in fantasy football. Although I would get Flacco before him but if you end up with him trade him at mid season.

Going with McNabb

I like McNabb in this one.

Flacco will benefit from Anquan Boldin, but Baltimore is still a run-first team. Ryan should have more confidence going into his third year with Atlanta, but a healthy Michael Turner may mean less touchdowns for Ryan. McNabb should get plenty of attempts with Washington. He still gets to play against a statistically weak set of defenses next year.
