Harvin might get you some production right away this year but someone you pick might be kicking ass later. You took over a team, I presume. Collins at QB in Tenn. may be a fantasy roadblock to WRs there now but will he be the QB in 3 years, probably not. QB Garrard at Jax two years ago had a good season, not huge numbers but no negative points. So last year he was a fantasy favorite among the get two decent QBs later crowd. But his 15 td/13 int performance blew away that solid but not spectacular image. If he does it again this year do the Jags start looking to draft another QB? Could be.
