Bucs coach Raheem Morris suggested Thursday that seventh-round WR Sammie Stroughter is already one of the top four receivers on his team's roster. Analysis: "You want to talk about a guy developing habits and picking them up quickly, just from watching the vets," Morris said of Stroughter. The Bucs lack a No. 3 receiver, and the beat writers have shown Stroughter plenty of love early on. Dynasty leaguers should keep an eye on the smallish Oregon State star.

First-round pick Kenny Britt is missing time at OTAs with a hamstring strain. Analysis: The severity is unknown, but Britt is probably day-to-day. Meanwhile, Justin Gage is lighting up the workouts. Britt only looks like a third receiver at this point, and still has to hold off Chris Davis and Lavelle Hawkins.

Jaguars waived WR D'Juan Woods. Rashaun's brother has appeared in one career game since going undrafted in 2007.

Jacksonville is moving away from its old obsession with big receivers who lack separation skills. (window of opportunity?)

Woods, 25, isn't a sure thing to resurface.

Beat writer Matthew Barrows says Josh Morganhas been "the offensive star" of 49ers OTAs. Analysis: He's reportedly excelled on deep routes and caught the ball well in traffic, which is the sign of a young receiver gaining confidence. Morgan needs to continue to stand out to hold off Michael Crabtree for a starting job.

"Its An Outrage"
As you well know Coach, my picks will be dictated via the other owner's picks. Most of these guy's have way more dynasty FF experience than i do. I'm sure they are thinking outside the box as i'm trying to do

If this is a rookie only draft, no way Harvin is there in the 3rd rd.
Yes its a rookie only draft, i agree Harvin will be gone :worried3:
This is why i wanted to get in a dynasty league is to build a team in a couple of years, instead of the re-draft leagues that sometimes your season is over before it starts.

True, But that can be a good thing as they will lead you right to the theoretical best value pick. Dyansties are more about projects than finding breakout guys. Harvin might get you some production right away this year but someone you pick might be kicking ass later. You took over a team, I presume. You may need somebody with early returns this year more than others. But sometimes long term oportunity is the way to go.

Collins at QB in Tenn. may be a fantasy roadblock to WRs there now but will he be the QB in 3 years, probably not. QB Garrard at Jax two years ago had a good season, not huge numbers but no negative points. So last year he was a fantasy favorite among the get two decent QBs later crowd. But his 15 td/13 int performance blew away that solid but not spectacular image. If he does it again this year do the Jags start looking to draft another QB? Could be.
