"Its An Outrage"
My dynasty league draft starts tomorrow, I moved up to get the 1.02 as suggested, now i have 1.02-1.09-3.06-3.10-3.11
now to my 1st round draft list (only) and reasons why i'm going this direction.

1.02- K.Moreno, i think Moreno is going to be the #1 back in Denver, if not right away will be very soon this season and will at the very least be involved immediately in the offense and also watched a lot of game footage im sold on him, not high on Wells with his history of durability issues, will be picked #1 anyway.

1.09- H.Nicks i think will thrive with the G-Men with the departure of Plax, and watching many highlight vids on You-Tube i'm 100% sold. Crabtree in S.F has me worried with the QBs in camp as they basically suck. Cant put my finger on it but i like Nicks alot better than Maclin. If Nicks is gone probably going Crabtree if there if not Maclin.

Your thought's on my reasoning. :hmmm:

Raiders!!!!!!!

Gotta say I don't see Nicks being any better than Key.

I'd take two RB's. Wells, Moreno, or who's the other guy? Donny Brown?

and LeSean McCoy, the heir apparent to Westbrook.

man did Philly have an awesome draft.

Not sure what you need at different positions.....

But at Rb, I understand Moreno.....but you might really consider Brown in Indy. Addai is coming up toward the end of his contract....and he keeps getting hurt.

So if you are all for Moreno..which is your choice...you might want to think McCoy or brown if still there.

If wr is dire...I like Britt in Tenn much more than Nicks. But again it is choice.

Not sure of you Qb situation or Te situation... but there are some excellent TE choices that might fit at 1.9 like Pettigrew in Detroit....or later like Shawn Nelson in Buf.

My Core:
QB's: are D.McNabb, Trent Edwards. WR: Santana Moss, Steve Breaston, Steve Smith (G-Men) RB: are OK with MBIII, Brandon Jacobs, Jamal Lewis. TE: John Carlson and Billy Miller

1.02: If KnoMo goes #1 are you going with Wells?

1.09: Good chance Crab and Mac will be gone but depending on your preference Nicks, Hey-Bey and Harvin should be nice value at this pick.

No 2nd round pick is a bummer but some nice projects should be available

3.06: Pat White becomes an interesting option or maybe Massaquoi (I would opt away from him not because of the player but players at the same position favored for the next 2 picks)

3.10: Knox, Wallace or Turner

3.11: D. Williams or Butler

I gave up my 2.05 and 1.05 to get the 1.02 no 2nd rounder is a bummer but the 1.02 is a very nice exchange

Rookie Knowshon Moreno will be the primary back in Denver by Week 1, according to the National Football Post's Michael Lombardi. Analysis: The Broncos didn't just use the No. 12 overall pick on Moreno to have him sitting behind role players like Correll Buckhalter and LaMont Jordan. Moreno will be a focal point of the new offense. Lombardi expects J.J. Arrington to be released if he doesn't get healthy soon.

third rounders?

Browns second-round WR Brian Robiskie has reportedly "come as advertised." Analysis: Robiskie has earned high marks for his football IQ, route running, and excellent hands. The Browns have also been impressed by fellow second-rounder Mohamed Massaquoi's deep ball capabilities, mentioned by CC.

With any dynasty always check to see if any players were dropped last year. I don't know how yours is set up but if roster size is fairly tight you never know who was dropped last year for a warm body now. You never know there may be a Mike Vick or Vince Young out there.

Harvin lined up in the backfield and as a slot receiver, along with being used as a punt and kickoff returner, in Minnesota's most recent Organized Team Activities, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports. Analysis: Harvin was often used as a running back in college, so it will be interesting to see if Minnesota's usually vanilla offense uses him in special packages to get him the ball in the open field. He could have a greater impact in his rookie season if he's getting carries or pitches as a running back in addition to being used as a receiver.

Jim Wyatt, of The Tennessean, reports the Tennessee Titans are in no hurry to sign free-agent WR Drew Bennettt (Rams). The team would like to give their younger players as many repetitions as possible. The team thinks they will be OK with the receivers they currently have if those players make progress.

More rookie reps in tenn.

Vito Stellino, of The Florida Times-Union, reports Jacksonville Jaguars WR Mike Walker appears to be in the lead for starting wide receiver job opposite WR Torry Holt. Analysis: The Jags aren't exactly stacked at wideout, but Walker had a nice game against Pittsburgh before suffering an injury that limited him to just four catches over the final three months of the season. And he's still looking for his first NFL TD.

less roookie reps in Jax?

Just checked Harvin's 2008 stats, more on the ground than as a WR WOW

Yeah, and it sounds like Minnys O may be adapting to be more exciting. You probably don't get return yards but if Harvin becomes a Felix Jones type he may be more valuable faster than you would think.

Little more Titan WR camp info:

Gary Estwick, of The Tennessean, reports Tennessee Titans head coach Jeff Fisher said WR Mark Jones can not only help in the return game but can also help the passing game. "We saw him play the receiver position (before joining Titans) but felt like he could also add some things as a returner. That's primarily what he is, but he also plays receiver.

Ouch it is beging to sound like anybody could emerge in Tenn. Most likely it will be nobody, as usual the last couple of years.

Third-round WR Dion Butler was reportedly "the rookie who stood out most" during the Seahawks' rookie minicamp. Analysis: Butler's 4.3 speed gives the Seahawks a potential big-play threat amongst their gaggle of possession receivers. He also reportedly showcased "soft hands, sharp route running and intelligence" that impressed his offensive coaches at the minicamp.

Seattle is a clusterfock of WR talent, that always gets hurt. If Hasselbacks back acts up Butler may be a guy that the backup QB practices with all the time?
