According to NFL Network, Kolb failed the test this morning and was sent home from practice. Best keep your eye on this

poor dude. that was a nasty hit. he couldn't do anything but watch the ground coming with his arms pinned to his side.

and now he'll have even more pressure, unless vick's performance was a fluke yesterday :pigsfly:

He will retest again on Thurs and Fri if nessecary. According to Andy Ried he will be the starter next Sunday if he passes the tests

I really think that if Kolb passes, Ried needs him in as the starter. Nothing against Vick and his performance on Sunday, but how much work do you think was put in this offseason preparing Vick come in multiple times a game this season? Vick is a weapon that Ried wants when he deems it necessary. It would suck to lose that after so much work.

i think kolb deserves a chance as well, just saying that kolb was nervous... he's not going to get any less nervous after vick's performance, and with jackson out for the season that o-line ain't getting any better.

reid will definitely stick with kolb, he has to. at the very least, vick has just increased his trade value (and i'm glad i stuck with him in hired guns :cunning:)

oh and i think reid should not do this QB by committee thing anyway. kolb looked bad but he also had no chance to get into a rhythm. he kept running back and forth to and from the sideline (i think this was a problem for mcnabb last year as well)
