I never seem to pick the right kickers, maybe not bad at it but definitely average. Ive had Rackers for most of the year and he hasnt been great. It didnt matter much though... however now i am lookin forward to weeks 15 and 16, the next time i actually hafta play... available kickers and their wk 13 15/16 opponents (wk 14 omitted i will have a bye, and week 13 is sorta irrelevant):

Rackers arizona

Kris brown hou @jax, @stl, @mia (all road games probably stayin away)

Matt Prater den @kc, vs. oak, @Phi (dont like @ phi for championship)

Nedny sf @sea, @phi, vs det

Carpenter mia vs. NE, @ten, v. hou

Graham cin v. det, @ SD, v. KC

I would have to agree with Shayne Graham on this one. Detroit at home, at San Diego, then at home versus Kansas City, He has the potential to have 2 FG/2 PAT per week here. The only downside from this is he has missed three field goals from 20+ yards out this season. I wouldn't say lead pipe lock, but pretty close right now.

Will someone explain to me the "Match-up" concept regarding kickers?

Unless you are counting on extra points, seems to me that the good match-ups for the kickers would be the bad match-ups. Offense can't punch it in so they settle for 3 type thing.

Thats a good way to look at it but you also need to look at highpowered offenses.. if you go with someone too bad they will be behind so FGs are no good
