Colts RB Joseph Addai is active, though it is uncertain how much Indianapolis will rely on him.
Update to Addai: The situation for Addai for the Colts is he is available for some third down plays and emergency duties. Other backs will get most of work..and more info..Carter is the listed starter.

Inactive for the Saints are CB Johnny Patrick, RB Mark Ingram, LB Will Herring, OT Zach Strief, TE David Thomas, WR Adrian Arrington and DE Turk McBride. Chris Ivory has been activated in Ingrams place.
Texans: Jacoby Jones is starting in place of Andre Johnson (inactive, hamstring) once again Sunday.

If i remember correctly he was a Practice squad guy a few weeks ago but then they promoted him to the active roster and since he did ok in limited work last week they released Choice to make Tanner the new number 3 (whenever Felix can get healthy again that is...until then Tanner is the #2.)
