Won't get into the legaleze too much, but per Judge Doty, the NFL owners will not be able to use the fund created in the TV contract that pays them even if games are not played. Granted it was a loan, but it is still money out of Owner's pocket. I wonder now if this will force negotiations more? :dunno:
