It appears Lions RB J.Harrison is reported via ESPN, diagnosed with a brain tumor.

If the trade never been attempted the tumor may never been found.

I would call this a blessing in disguise.

This trade and the physical because of it has deffinately helped save Harrisons life or at least give him a better shot of survival on something that would have either not been found or been found too late. Harrison should be thanking the Eagles and Lions for giving him a fighting shot at saving his life if this does turn out to be a cancerous tumor.

From what I heard today Harrison is expected to make a full recovery and will likely be able to resume his playing career. This trade saved his life.
