Blackmon was charged with aggravated DUI which means he was at .15 or higher blood alcohol level which is basically twice as much as the law allows. This isn't the first DUI for the talented receiver as he was also charged as a Sophomore at Ok. State. Poor Jags, traded up to grab this guy and find out he ain't got a lick of sense. Blackmon remains unsigned. Sorry Cerberus.

Don't y'all find a 10:00 am arrest for DUI a bit out there? Was it left over from the night before and if so just how darn drunk was he? Did he get out of bed this morning and grab a bottle? Either way, oh hail, the stupidity of these pampered atheletes should not surprise me anymore.

Authorities in Oklahoma say Jacksonville Jaguars first-round draft pick receiver Justin Blackmon is being held on $1,000 bail after he was arrested on an aggravated DUI charge.
Payne County Sheriff Sgt. Brandon Ingham says the 22-year-old former Oklahoma State star was booked into the jail Sunday morning after Stillwater police arrested him.
The Jaguars drafted Blackmon with the fifth pick in this year's NFL draft in the hopes that he can upgrade the league's worst offense.
Jaguars spokesman Dan Edwards says the team is aware of the report and is gathering information.
Stillwater police didn't return a phone message seeking comment. A report of the incident wasn't immediately available.
Ingham says there wasn't an attorney listed in jail records.

These guys will never learn....

Maybe he had just run out of booze. Is that what time the "Hardware Stores" open around there ??

According to reports he blew a .24 which is 3 times the legal limit...
I don't think this was a left over drunk as much as a continuance......he was going for the all nighter and the all dayer back to back!

The arrest time has been changed from 10 am to 3 am. The dude spent at least 9 hours in jail but whether he has bailed out or not has been reported either way.

3 am would make much more sense, 10 am would make a much funnier story!

Hell, there has been times that I could have been tagged with one at 10 am in the past.......

So he admits to consuming alcohol but pleads not guilty. The second sample was even slightly higher at .26. I guess he is trying to somehow get it lowered from being an aggravated DUI. Hate to see the kid get into this mess but I also hate to see how our justice system works if they drop or even lower this. This is his second DUI.
