Hines Ward gets out of a jam

Hines ward plead guilty to wreckless driving in DUI case. This was from an arrest back in July. "We are grateful for the outcome," Andrew Ree, Ward's lawyer, said in a statement, via the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review. "By dropping the DUI charge it is clear that the prosecution did not have sufficient evidence to proceed. Hines has a great respect for the legal system and is also grateful in particular to the state for the professional manner in which they handled this manner." In other words na-na na boo boo.

Police said Ward failed a field sobriety test(which consisted of running a route and catching a ball) and refused to take a breathalyzer test, then was arrested.

the force is strong in this one ( jj)

The cops on the highway ruling was that Ward was unable to maintain control through the catch. Team Hines challenged, and after further review (upstairs at the court house) a catch was ruled with enough control being maintained.

Community service for reckless route running however must be enforced.
