FOOTBALL!
I am excited about Nebraska at Washington. If both teams are undefeated, rumor has it that Gameday will make their first lakeside appearance.

Nov. 27th- Florida @ Florida State
Pretty much a standard big game for me, having attended FSU. But with this year being a real change for both sides in terms of players/personnel, it could be a much bigger game for either team. In any case, I hope its a massive beatdown on the Gaytors now that their idol is gone and the rest of the team should return to mediocrity. I could say so much more about this game, but I'll leave it at this for now. I may actually make my way up to Tallahassee for this game.

Nov. 26th- Alabama @ Auburn
Both teams should have their seasons decided at this point, so its less about the game and more about the experience. My dad graduated from Auburn, and I have some friends at Alabama, and everyone says that it is a great rivalry game. But not the kind that turns nasty. Yeah, there's trash talk during the game, but the level of pre- and post-game douchebaggery is kept to a minimum. In other words, both sides are great sports, win or lose. Keep in mind, this is all hearsay at this point since I have yet to experience it for myself. If anybody else can shed light on the topic, I'd love to hear from you.

Oct. 30th- Oregon @ USC
Having enjoyed the Lane Kiffin drama of the offseason, I would love to see how his team handles their first (and currently, only) high pressure game. That, and my goal is to one day visit all of the great stadiums in the country, college and pro. The Coliseum is on that list.

Oct. 16th- Texas @ Nebraska
I'll be honest, since Nikki brought it up. These two schools have some of the hottest female students and cheerleaders. I am, of course, biased towards picking FSU as my #1, but they might have to take a back seat to these two. We'll see. Maybe its all just great camera work by the ESPN crews. Sarge, I know you are a Longhorn fan, care to chime in?

Jan. ??- BCS National Championship
This game will almost always be on the list, regardless of who's playing. There is nothing like the atmosphere at a championship game, I'm sure you would all agree. It would only drop out of my top 5 if I despise both teams, ie, Florida/Miami/Ohio State.

Gonna keep mine to reg season and no championship or bowl games.

Boise St @ Virgina Tech
Boise St's big test. Blacksburg is a place I'd like to see a game at and this is just one of those games I'd like to see.

Florida @ Alabama
Love SEC football and this rivaly is one of the better ones in CFB the last couple years.

Texas @ Nebraska
Normally I would pick the red river shootout, but with this being Nebraska's last year in the Big 12 a Texas @ Nebraska showdown seems like a great game to be at this year.

Alabama @ LSU
I'm a sucka for Death Valley....love watching big time games at that stadium and would love to go in person some day. This would be on the list for sure.

Penn St @ Ohio St
Turning into the marquee game each year in the Big 10. This year in the shoe! I'm actually working on getting tickets to this one we'll see if it works out.

Pitt @ Utah
Utah's been that lone horse that is now in a bigger conference. What could this mean for them? A first game into arguably the best team in the Big East. Thursday night, baby!!!

Boise St @ VA Tech
Who doesn't like really early big games that could spell out the future for each team on day 1!? Monday night, it's what college football's all about! 2 great week 1 games!

USF @ Florida
Week 2, in the swamp, I'll be there in the press box live on the radio calling this game. Super excited for the Bulls, last year with our first trip up to FSU, we beat the crap out of them, making a statement that it's now the BIG 4! This year, the Bulls take on in state rivals (yeah, I said it) Florida Gators!

Miami @ Ohio St
This is always a great game, and after a year of success for both of these young QBs, I'm interested to see if Pryor can dominate Miami with his arm and legs, or if Miami's run/play action pro-style will get the best of this pretty decent defense in Ohio St. Ranking implications here!

Penn St @ Alabama
Yet another big game for 2 programs, and we're still in week 2! While I think Alabama will win this, I don't think it will be a blow out. Penn St has a pretty steady offense, but their defense is no joke. I do think though, that Bama's run attack will get the better of the Lions, however, if this is a close game as I foresee, Penn St won't loose all that much from their rank.

Virginia @ USC
This game may not be on everyone's radar, and because it's actually a 10:30 game I may not be up to see the whole thing, but this is the first time that Lane Kiffin and the USC Spartans will have any sort of competition this year. A couple of years ago USC went to Virginia for a mid-Saturday game, and they ended up winning but that was after one strong fight that Virginia gave them. USC should win this game, but Virginia has a chance to upset and make it into the top 25 with a win here.

Nebraska @ Washington
Nebraska's D-line is still arguably the best in the nation, even without Suh. I'm keeping my eye on that QB in Washington too...

Florida @ TN
TN has had one hell of an offseason, to say the least. Florida may be a 1-1 team coming into this game, and the Vols may actually be able to pull off an upset, if they have the confidence.

BYU @ FSU
Does anyone remember the last time these two played each other!? It was the game before USF beat FSU. I remember because I watched this game about 3 times over to prepare for the USF game. BYU and FSU posted HUGE numbers in this game, as it became apparent to all that payed attention, that neither team had any sort of secondary. I expect that both teams wont forget what happened last year, they were exposed.

Clemson @ Auburn
Fun game.

Texas @ Texas Tech
Texas is still Texas. They just have their own network now. Expect them to be pretty damn good, but Texas Tech has some pretty damn good, and experienced, players as well. Don't be surprised if Batch, Texas Tech's RB, puts up over 100 yards rushing here. I'm interested to see my first game of the new Tommy Tub Texas Tech team here, in week 3.

Miami @ Pitt
Best of the Big East v Best of the ACC. Thursday night, good start to week 4.

Cincinnati @ Oklahoma
Interested to see a Big East team play the Sooners. I think DeMarco Murray is going to tear the Bearcats a new asshole.

Va Tech @ Boston College
Va Tech should clearly win this, but it's a classic ACC battle that I like watching every year.

WVU @ LSU
Both of these teams should be moderately ranked by this week 4 show down.

Notre Dame @ Boston College
Why not, better than the USF v Florida Atlantic game I'm gunna be at....

Miami @ Clemson
Anyone noticing that already by week 5, Miami has a super difficult road schedule!?

Texas @ Oklahoma
Yeah

Florida @ Alabama
I'm excited to see Bama whoop up on FL again. I'm kinda hoping Tim Tebow will be on the sidelines watching, just so I can see him cry again.

TN @ LSU
Good SEC game here. I expect LSU to win, but you never know, do ya?

Washington @ USC
I expect Locker to be the better QB, but USC may still win this. I'm interested to see.

Penn St @ Iowa
My Saturday night game to watch in week 5, flipping between USC Penn St game.

LSU @ FL
Two tough games in a row for the Gators.

FSU @ Miami
It's about time Miami's at home!

Pitt @ Notre Dame
This was a pretty good game last year in Pitt

USF @ WVU
Thursday night, week 6.

Texas @ Nebraska
I'm interested in counting how many people limp off of the field.

Cal @ USC
Usually an interesting game every year.

USF @ Cinncy
Friday night, week 8

Georgia Tech @ Clemson
Good ACC battle as both teams could possibly come into this game ranked.

Purdue @ Ohio St.
Only interested because a local high school star QB is starting for Purdue this year. Big stage for him here!

LSU @ Auburn
Could be the last chance Auburn has at really seeing the top 25.

Georgia @ FL
Basically the only Week 9 game I'm interested in.

Alabama @ LSU
Only Week 10 game I'm interested in...

Cinncy @ WVU, Miami @ Georgia Tech, Penn St @ Ohio St, Clemson @ FSU, Miss @ TN, Utah @ Notre Dame
Interesting week 11 though!

Miss @ LSU
Not much else at week 12.

Texas A&M @ Texas
Fun game every year, week 13 Thursday night.

WVU @ Pitt
This may determine the Big East championship, or it could be these two teams in the Big East Championship.

USF @ Miami
We played them last year at home and they took over in the 2nd half. I'm excited to head down to Miami this year and call a football game!

FL @ FSU
Interested to see how these two teams progress over the year. I feel like FL will come out weak but finish strong, but I think this will be the most consistent FSU team that we've seen in a long while.

Notre Dame @ USC
Fun to watch these two crappy power houses beat up on each other.

On Skedar's note....not sure about Nebraska, but Texas, your dead on there. They seem to have some smokin' scenery at their games.

That is another nice bonus to the Alabama/Florida & Alabama/LSU game. Seems like the SEC attracts something other than great football players.....after 2nd thought....maybe that LSU/Florida game should have made the list after all ;)

Using that criteria, better add UCLA at Arizona State.

The big Northern Illinois games:
1) Sept 2. at Iowa St - ISU is a joke.. NIU Win
2) Sept 18 at Illinois - pansies finally schedules us and now its time for a beating. W
3) Sept 25 at Minnesota - Wanna see the new stadium up there in Minny and another win against BCS school will be nice.. Should've won 2yrs ago.. Another NIU Win
4) Oct 9 vs Temple -- Biggest MAC game of the season. Will show who's the elite team to beat.

ND vs Mich
-Always a top game to see, even with the programs struggling

Boise State vs VT
-Big game in the first week of the season

Miami vs Ohio St.
-Two of the most historical programs. I love seeing OSU lose and hopefully it happens

Week 1 has a few interesting matchups.
Pitt V. Utah has to be the best of the rest. Going to be a deciding factor how each teams season goes. A loss either way hurts both teams.
ND v Purdue might be a decent game.
Washington v BYU can be a statement for Wash.
Biggest dissapointment is WV v Coastal Carolina. Seriously, how can teams be ranked so high when playing teams like this. And WV is the biggest punk of all teams in playing powder puffs to pad stats and wins. And yes i hate WV.

Week 2 has to be
Mich v ND. Good game every year.
Penn st v Alabama should be a close game with 'Bama winning it.
Once again WV you suck. Playing Marshell. Go ahead and pad the wins and go 2-0.

Clemson v Auburn about time for Clemson to fall apart like usual and lose this game.
ND v MSU is about the only other game i'll be watching. Like to see how ND handles mich/MSU in back to back weeks

Week 4
Miami v Pitt. As a Panther fan, can't wait for this one.
Alabama v Arkansas #1 team in the nation. whats not to like.
WV v LSU 1st game of the year for WV and i hope they get stomped badly.

Week 5
Fl v Alabama preview to the sec championship game winner loses championship game.

Week 6
Miami v FSU. State bragging rights.
Pitt V ND. Season ending game for loser.

Week 7
Texas v Nebraska. Nebraska will try to make a statement here.
BYU v TCU i think will be the best game of the week.

Half season looked into. will finish other later. The Ga v Fla game is always a top 5 game to see each year and better in person.

Pitt v WV is exciting and gives sw Pa/NW WV bragging right and usually opens up the Big east as conference champion.
