Free Agent Rumors?

Peppers deal with the Bears is done and Marshall is on his way to visit with Seattle.

Kampman now talking to Eagles is one rumor. They need DE help, and he is much better in 4-3 alignment. Woudl be a good fit for both

And SF stands around holding their dicks while the impact players get romanced..............:xpissed:

Sometimes not making a move is the best move you can make. Take it from a perennially bored Steeler fanatic.. draft well, build from within, and stabilize your franchise instead of wasting money on other people's leftovers.

Wasn't the last high-profile big dollar FA signing for you guys Nate Clements?

Yep. Nate didn't pan out so great. Maybe he'll make a better safety if they draft a CB early..........

Not really that concerned but I just think Boldin was such a great value that I'm :xpissed:they didn't make any move for. Ravens made a great move.......

Baltimore DE Dwan Edwards is wrapping up his visit with the Seahawks today and is then scheduled to go visit the Denver Broncos.

The Niners have 1.13 & 1.17 picks in this years draft and should do well, WesDawg is right "Less Is More"

Lions May Trade for Falcon CB Chris Houston

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that the Lions are on the verge of a trade for Falcons CB Chris Houston. Atlanta is expected to receive Detroit's sixth-round pick and switch places with the Lions in round five. Houston, the No. 41 overall selection in 2007, is immensely talented but fell out of favor last season despite starting more games than any Falcons cornerback. He is a press corner, which would fit well in Lions defensive coordinator Gunther Cunningham's man-to-man secondary.

Lions Kyle Vanden Bosch signed a free agent contract with the Lions on Friday, ESPN.com reports.

Lions acquired DT Corey Williams and a 2010 seventh-round pick from the Browns in exchange for a fifth-round selection in the 2010 draft

Lions Signed WR Nate Burleson earlier.

Lions are starting to shape into a pretty nice team. Should win a few games this upcoming season.

According to the Minneapolis Star-Tribune, the Vikings "appear" to have interest in free agent LaDainian Tomlinson.

I am very happy so far with what they are doing. Now we'll see if they keep up the good moves in the draft. I'm really hoping they do.

According to Sal Palentonio for ESPN, the Seattle Seahawks have been calling daily about Qbs McNabb AND Kolb. The assumption is they don't feel Hasselbeck can play well now, and HC is in a win now mentality. Not sure anything will happen...but this could be an interesting fit since Seattle has two first rounders.

Eagles visiting with and expected to sigh Marlin Jackson Cb Ind today. Plan is to move him to FS.
