Fred Jackson for Brian Hartline?

In need of an additional RB and I have some depth in my WR.

Would you deem this a favorable trade? I have Hartline and I would get Jackson.

Jackson is a bit older, but Spiller seems to be injury prone and he could give me some extra help in my RB field.
