I like this move for the Broncos also. Would have liked them to have kept Mike Nolan as DC before last year but as we know that wasn't going to end well with McDaniels at the helm. Either Mora or McDermott would be an upgrade from last season as DC.

McDermott just got the DC gig in Carolina I believe. Mora is targeted by Philly and a few others as well.
