Basically other than whats stated you are the GM. You try to make it as realistic as possible based on the needs of the you are drafting for. We dont do trades or anything like that.

For example, if you were running St Louis, youd probably go QB with your 1st pick since they dont have one.

We also discuss the picks as we go. Hope that helps.
