Much like the 49ers, the Raiders have a team stuffed with high draft picks, just waiting for a quality head coach.
It's very difficult for me to imagine Jackson will survive 2012.

Colts fired head coach Jim Caldwell. It comes as a bit of a surprise after many had accepted the fact that he'd be retained for another season. Speculation is that it increases the chances that Manning will leave the Colts next season. Personally I never figured out how he got the job in the first place.
