Nope, if you remember that was the year that Culpepper went nuts as well and threw for around 40. He also had a decent amount of rushing points that actually made him the more valuable QB in terms of fantasy points over Manning's 49 TD's. Definitely crazy good seasons by both of those QB's that year. And Mannings 49 TD season was still 65 points less than LT's record setting year!

The guy that I have never owned - LT.
He was a top 3 fantasy pick for most of the decade and #1 for half of it I would guess.
I would also guess that in most formats his overall points to Manning's would be around 3200 to 2700.
No one else was excellent for the whole decade.
