Hmm...other than AP at #1, I don't agree with this list much.
Forte and C.Johnson should be way up there. Jackson isn't even top ten anymore. DeWill should be higher, as should Stewart. Portis for that matter should be above Steven Jackson. That ship has sailed.
As for Forte and new rookies.
Yes, you have to target rookies higher in dynasty drafts. However, that has to be weighed against the amount of playing time and situation they fall into. I for one am very high on Greene, as I have never been a T.Jones supporter...and I think he lets his contract knock him out of a job. Moreno doesn't deserve this high a value in my opinion until we see if he falls into a nightmare clone of the NE RBBC or if he is the main cog.
However, Forte and C.Johnson are clearly the main show on thier respective teams...and have proven themselves. They should be #2 and #3 respectively.
