It is official. The deal is in place for when trades are allowed. Heard that he is gonna be making alot less money than he would have this year with the skins.

The trade will involve a 2012 sixth-round draft pick and a conditional sixth-round pick for 2013 going to Washington. The Redskins had wanted a fifth- and seventh-round pick from Minnesota.

Amazing how the once "dominant" McNabb has been reduced to two sixth round pics.

Yeah, but he completed 60% of his passes and he had ****ty receivers (that's why the TDs are low) and NO running game (that's why the INTs are so high). I'm still on the McNabb train. Honestly, he's going into a system that has great young talent, decent OL, and the best RB in the game. I expect him to be over 60% completion, 20 or so TDs, and between 9-13 INTs. I can't say how many games they'll win, though. Gotta remember, NFC North is arguably the best devision in the game.

Frankly, I'm happy to see this. He should be a very good mentor to Ponder and take a lot of pressure off him. Ponder will carry a clipboard and run scout teams' plays in practice.

I would think they'd want to bring in someone else to start opposite Harvin now that Rice is gone, maybe Butterfingers Braylon or MSW or Randy Moss?

McNabb isnt a guy who can carry a team anymore, and Washington found that out last year. Here he gets the situation Trent Dilfer had in Baltimore. Just take care of the ball, let your backs and D do the work, and keep the turnovers down. He makes Minnesota a contender for a playoff spot.
