Still "was" a nfl player. He will not be held responsible to full extent of the law permits for his charges as say some average joe would for the same accusations.

In this case I think he might. Im hearing this morning he may have a "little black book" with some interesting NFL names in it he was selling cane too. Someone with stroke is going to bury him under a rock.

If that black book even compares to Sheens little Heidi Flise book then he's got some bargaining chips to plea bargin with. Just gotta wait to see how this plays out. Not seeing anything new on this story.

Your probably right on that. His lawyers and the prosecuters will approach this with a fine tooth comb and probably this won't even go to sentencing court til mid to late '12.
