Arrested for domestic Assault

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Chad Johnson was arrested Saturday night for domestic violence, according to Davie Police Department captain Dale Engle.

The arrest report indicates that Johnson's wife, Evelyn Lozada, was the victim in the case, and that police found lacerations on her forehead at the scene of the crime. Johnson allegedly headbutted her, and the incident occurred in a vehicle, the Sun-Sentinel reports.

I watch basketball wives (don't judge me) and her and chad talked about this and it's funny she seemed ok with him stepping out as long as he was honest about it.

Evelyn is crazy so the fact she snapped out doesnt surprise me.

LSU just got rid of a problem before he even got to the NFL and he was a Heisman candidate last year. Should have been a tip off of possible things to come when he was suspended the first few games of last year.

I was pulling for Chad Johnson to get his career back in line too. It's a shame.

I suppose he was a threat to get cut anyway since Joe Philbin alluded to Johnson not picking up the playbook in Miami either.
