Calvin Johnson left Sunday's game in the first quarter with a right leg injury.Analysis: Johnson was limited in practice by a thigh injury, but this problem appears to be his knee. After being examined on the trainer's table he was able to walk on the sidelines, but it's unclear if he'll be able to return.
From his MFL player page.

Not good news for Calvin owners.

Lions | C. Johnson's injury not significant Mon Oct 12, 03:56 PM
The Associated Press reports Detroit Lions head coach Jim Schwartz said the injury to WR Calvin Johnson (knee) is not significant.
Our view: Lions fans and Megatron owners can breathe a sigh of relief with this news. Anytime a player is hurt in a non-contact scenario it has the chance of being very serious.

Now if he could get the rest of the Decepticons to play up to his standards the Lions might win more games.
