Reports indicate the Giants are going to meet with Free Agent ex-con Plaxico Burress Wednesday about a possible return to the team.

The Giants have discussed this throughout the day, and want to see where Burress is mentally before making any choice, and Burress has stated the Giants are the only team he plans to visit.

With major question marks surrounding Free Agent Steve Smith and his knee, the addition of Burress would likely mean no major drop-off for the Giants.

With hicks, smith and manningham why bring him back especially after the public denial that he is wanted back? Could plex have figured out nobody wants him or is he primed to be the next Vick/excon success story

They cant say they have Smith right now, and if Plax works they may not bring him back. Microfracture is a scary thing for an NFL WR.
