The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and general manager Mark Dominik have agreed to a four-year contract extension, the team announced Monday.
Dominik, who just completed his second season as general manager and 16th with the Bucs, helped engineer a roster overhaul that made Tampa Bay (10-6) the youngest team in the NFL last season and the first team since the 1970 AFL-NFL merger to start 10 different rookies and finish with a winning record.

You know, I was one of the non-believers of the Dominic/Morris move a couple of years ago, and I was dead wrong. 2 years ago I didn't like our draft, but I didn't hate it. Mostly I wasn't a fan of the Freeman selection, and after that draft I said the Bucs don't win more than 3 games on FFO (we only won 3 games). That wasn't the fault of Dominic/Morris, or Freeman however, just a learning curve of that year. Last year however, the Bucs made out with the best draft I've ever seen them select. I was totally on board last year and after that draft I said the Bucs will at least be .500, but I think that they can win up to 10 games on FFO (we won 10 games).

I'M SOLD! GREAT RESIGN!

Good move by Tampa. They're really showing their fans they are dedicated to bring the town a winning team. Wish Jax would see this and show some love to us fans here.
