He will so face a suspension for all the off season stuff this year....

According to multiple sources, none of this salary is guaranteed. He has a $1Million base salary, and the rest of the $3million contract is incentive based. Has to have 90 receptions and make the probowl to get full money.

Nice deal for San Fran, they are protected if they have to cut Braylon due to off field issues
