North Dallas Forty, Babe Ruth, Wilt Chamberlin, Sunny Jorgenson, Billy Kilmer, hell all the way up to the murderer now role model Ray Lewis. I have never beeen under the impression these guys were saints, but I see a differnce between most of those mentioned above and thugs like TuPac....err...ugh...I mean Pacman Jones , and Brandon marshall.

Since when is being stabbed a crime? Seriously, your guys' attitude is why men are ALWAYS arrested in any domestic violence case, even when they're clearly the victim. Equality my ass.

Not really. I just recognize that he isn't in the wrong here. And to be honest, I could give a damn about a players' off-field issues, so long as they produce on the field.

Bull****, and I think Ive got something to say on the subject because Im the guy doing the arresting. Women get arrested for Domestic stuff alot more often than you think. Quit talking out of your ass about things you dont have the first clue about.

I would have to agree with you on this one.

Okay :bs:

he has had past instances of domestic issues. So if it were ONLY her, fine. Fact is he has done this before. Sounds to me like self defense on her part. He knows if it goes to court, all his stuff comes out.

Maybe that's the case in Texas, I will concede that you would know. That is NOT the case in New England. I know plenty of guys up here that have been arrested in Domestic cases under the guise of "protective custody", even when they've done nothing that could even be construed as criminal activity on their part.

Then dont lump the entire country into it. How we handle business here has no bearing on how your folk handle it up there and vice versa. Here the law is pretty clear on it no matter what.

Not my folk. I'm not from New England and in fact hate it here, to the point where I'm already saving up money so I can move to a state/region that isn't filled with provincial, self-righteous ****tards. The thrust of my observation was that "equality" really isn't.

Its still a wrong assumption, as the perp in this has previous history of this type of abuse. Where there is alot of smoke, there usually is alot of fire as well.

"The perp in this" is Marshall's wife. This is exactly what I'm talking about, everybody jumps on Marshall because of past allegations (that have never even gone to court) and assume he automatically did it, even when the charges filed aren't against him. He can refuse to testify against his wife, which is his constitutional right. He's even gone so far as to train in the Boston area so that his wife can't violate the restraining order against her again and it wouldn't surprise me if Marshall himself is paying for her no doubt costly defense.

So explain to me how he's the bad guy in this piece?

It all depends I guess then huh?

the fact the 911 call by her claiming self defense is just for fun?

You are an idiot of you believe it. Then again, not the first time huh?

The other charges were bought off by the by. Why pay if you are innocent?

Excuse me? I'm sorry if the police determining that Brandon Marshall was nothing but a victim and that I'm merely stating that fact bothers you, but in all seriousness, **** you. I'm sure you're one of those paragons of virtue (or fascism, depending on who you talk to) that would have seen Casey Anthony be on the receiving end of The Needle based on nothing but conjecture.
