The Buffalo Bills will not be offering a contract tender to RFA WR Terrell Owens. They will not be re-signing WR Josh Reed or DE Ryan Denney either. All three former Restricted Free Agents will hit the FA Market March 5.

Quite possible Coach. Owens still has something to offer a football team who has a certain level of talent like the Ravens.

He has to be willing to accept basically vet minimum cash or hes done.

I'm not surprised TO and the Bills parted company. The Bills need to go a different direction with their WRs.
Maybe the Ravens would be a good fit.

With Mike Martz in Chicago is a possiblity, dont see him returning to the Niners

No doubt a reach but T.O. and Boldin going to Chicago that would be interesting

I think he was just a one shot deal in Buffalo just to sell tix.
I am sure he would have liked to go elsewhere instead of Buffalo last year.

He's extremely gifted, but last year all the dropped balls was a serious surprise.
Also, he changed his attitude and I personally think that changed his game. He needs to be the same cocky and arrogant player that made him a threat. When he got soft last year...so did his game.

Very good points. He needs to be in the spotlight to motivate himself. If he can maintain the cocky attitude without causing conflict on the team, he can be a real asset to a team. Call me crazy, but I think he would do great on a team like NE. High profile team, great QB, another great receiver to draw coverage away from him. Patriots want to try to make a run before Brady gets too old. Would be interesting anyway.........

Very interesting, could also help in not having to rush Welker back into action.

I realize T.O. is getting a little long in the tooth but the guy takes great care of himself (physically). I think he'd be a great asset next season if he goes to a team with QB that can actually throw the ball...Chicago, Baltimore, N.E., etc.

Buffalo's QB's weren't cutting it last year and T.O.'s fantasy output suffered because of it. If he goes to any of the aforementioned teams I see him having a pretty good year, from a fantasy perspective.

I don't think he is old at all. I think he has a lot to offer still. I still hate what he did to my Eagles, but of all the player in that Super Bowl, he had the best numbers and gave the Eagles the best shot to win. He is very very gifted and if you have a crap QB, you can do much. When watching him play this past season...you could tell he was no confident in playing there and you could almost sense he did not want to play for that team.

Someone at work just told me today that the Eagles are considering taking him back? Is that true? Can anyone verify this?
