2nd time in the BCS era. I was hoping Oklahoma would get in. Can't be good for ratings. Go Georgia, I guess.

Agreed it isn't how the advertisers would have drawn it up. I think there's enough real college fans that want to see Bama get their butts kicked that it'll be watched in decent numbers. Now when/If Bama jumps out early TV's will get cut off in a hurry.

What a game. Bama has been dominating for most of the 2nd half. Tied it up and then drove down the field for a 30-something yard FG attempt, to win it. Wide left. OT.

And then some.... Dogs lose yardage on their OT possession but still drill a 51-yrd FG. First play for Bama is a 16yrd loss per sack (out of FG range). Next play on 2nd and 26, deep ball for a TD. Wow

The best team won and the country got to see a hail of a game for the title. There shouldn't be too much complaining after this one.
