NFL chief medical officer Allen Sills remains uncertain when players might be cleared to return to team facilities.

“We’re not putting dates on the calendar," was Sills' response when asked about mandatory minicamps in June. “When we and the NFLPA together feel that we’re at a point of satisfaction with the science, we’ll move forward. We’re moving as fast as the science and data take us." Sills said everything depends on “testing, test availability and test reliability." Sills also said the league "fully expects" players to test positive for COVID-19 during the 2020 season, but that it will not scuttle the campaign. ESPN's Kevin Seifert paraphrased Sills' comments on that matter as "the challenge is to identify them as quickly as possible and prevent spread." What to do with an in-season positive test remains the most vexing question for all of North America's sports leagues. Examples will likely soon emerge from Germany's Bundesliga and England's Premier League.

They were conditionally dismissed in January. 2 years of good behavior, some community service, periodic drug testing blah blah blah.

The reasoning they gave that he got off so easy was he was fully Cooperative with police when they showed up to his house and he has no prior criminal record

- DeVonte Freeman Rb FA has now been rumored to go to Philly, NYJ, Seattle and a few others teams - he has an offer in hand for Seattle for $4 million for 1 year
- Story out in a few sites has Dak Prescott turning down a 5 year $175 million offer - Dallas should cut bait. Let him play out the tag and then draft a Qb next year. He is NOT a top league Qb and this is a waste of cap space. Or just keep tagging him, it would be cheaper.
- Steelers - T.J. Watt OLB is already working off to the side with draft pick Alex Highsmith.
- one of the reasons the Bills took Zack Moss was due to his interview at the Combine
- Seahawks are not just talking to Freeman - they are also talking to Carlos Hyde - need depth behind Carson as Penny is looking to head to the PUP list.

Packers DL Montravius Adams was arrested on Tuesday.

Adams was arrested on three misdemeanor counts including possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, driving without insurance, and having a suspended/canceled/revoked vehicle registration. According to the Georgia police report, Adams was pulled over for driving on an expired registration but was discovered with less than an ounce of marijuana in his possession upon having his vehicle searched with probable cause. The team has yet to release a statement.

- Devonta Freeman still has a high opinion of himself - he is willing to sit out season if he does not get an offer he likes, and retirement is an option as well.
- Frank Reich gave high praise to 3rd or 4th string Qb Chad Kelly - saying he has been a 10 out of 10 both on the field and off - they have Rivers, Brissett, Kelly and drafted Nick Easton. My guess is they may try to deal Brissett for draft capital.
- NY state has opened the state to allow football camps
- Michigan has stated if all kids are not on campus there won't be sports or football
- Hunter Henry TE LAC says its fine to play under the FT - especially when you can't stay healthy enough to play regularly.....
