Vikings acquired DE Yannick Ngakoue from the Jaguars for a second-round pick and a conditional 2022 fifth-round pick.
More on this - Ngakoue took a pay cut - down to $12 million for this year, and agreed to allow tag for next year. He REALLY wanted out of Jacksonville

Story out is they are trying to clear up issues on the team, which is why they have moved a lot of star players lately. One rumor was they were offering Fournette to many teams in trade for practically nothing.

I assume Armstead is the new starter?

As best as I remember he was a model citizen last season? Oh well, much better for him to get out of that sinking ship.

Ngakoue was willing to take a salary hit and be tagged again to get out of there. What does that tell ya?

Eagles' Jalen Reagor: Deemed 'week-to-week'

(10 mins ago) The Eagles' have officially termed Reagor"week-to-week" due to an upper-body injury, Martin Frank of The Delaware News Journal reports.
While making a tackle on an intercepted ball at Sunday's practice, Reagor got tangled up and injured himself in the process. According to Geoff Mosher of 97.5 The Fanatic Philadelphia, there's a chance Reagor misses four weeks of action, a prognosis that would wipe out his first September as a pro. With Alshon Jeffery (foot) expected to start the season on the PUP list, the development leaves DeSean Jackson as the Eagles' unquestioned No. 1 wide receiver for the time being.

Josina Anderson reports the Saints are "open to trading" Alvin Kamara.
Ex-ESPN reporter Anderson has many strong connections in the player community. This would qualify as "stunning but not surprising," as the Saints and Kamara have not seemed anywhere close to on the same page with his expiring contract. Due $2.133 million in the final year of his rookie deal, Kamara has piled up touches for the Saints while taking a beating. He dealt with ankle and knee injuries last season and has dealt with a concussion. Headed into his age-25 campaign, Kamara knows the time to get paid is now. Kamara's departure would leave a gaping hole in the Saints' offense, but the win-now franchise is short on cap space. They also have a plug-and-play backup on the roster in Latavius Murray. This one could actually get interesting.
