Having never missed more than four games in any one season before in his entire career, the ONE year I invest heavily in him...

I tell you, sometimes it seems like the fantasy gods are just jealous of me.

Jaguars head coach Gus Bradley said QB Blaine Gabbert will be the starting QB this week.

TE Vernon Davis is a big question mark.

Ray Rice has a "chance" to play according to coach John Harbaugh.

Josh by gosh Freeman is still the Buc's starting QB.

Miami Dolphins DE Cameron Wake (knee) is expected to miss two to three weeks.

Or it could be that 30 year old RB's with heavy wear and tear through the years are just a little more exposed to injury than they were 5 yrs ago.....just the nature of the sport and part of the risk you knew you were taking.

Or could it be they are just hesitant of what might happen if they promote you... You are a risk-taker by drafting Le'Veon Bell after all. This could have scared them.

In your defense though, there are a slew of RB injuries like Rice and Co. this year early.

Just goes to show the rankings are only a guide.

lol

Just because an Ironman turns 30 doesn't mean that all signs point toward him missing half the season.

Steelers RB Le'Veon Bell is expected to play in the team's Week 4 game. The game is across the pond you know.

Vernon Davis may be a game time decision for the team’s Week 4 game Thursday night.

Heath Miller won't be restricted in the team's Week 4 game.

Rumor has it that after a special "defensive meeting" the 49ers might try to stop someone Thursday night.

Christian Ponder revealed his Week 4 status is uncertain due to a rib injury sustained against the Browns.

Viking fans can hope, can't they?

Here today, gone tomorrow. Freeman has been benched and he's out for the season barring an injury to new Buc QB Glennon.
?? Say it isn't so. Wow thanks for the alert. I'm starting Freeman in a league as Cam is on bye...doh! I hate bye weeks.

By the way mudloggerone, I am using your signature quote in my fantasy league teams' slogan this year.

Reading this whole Freeman situation may be a power play between Schiano and GM ???
Not sure there, I know that this came to a head in camp, as Freeman is in the last year of his rookie deal, and the team would not talk extension with him. Then Glennon starting getting more playing time with the "1's" during camp. Fell apart later though, as Glennon was kind of eratic in pre-season games.
