2 QB league draft questions

We have a 12 team league, and start 2 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 Flex, D/ST, K.

No PPR. Passing, rushing, and receiving TDs are 6 each. 1 pt for every 25 passing, 1 pt for every 10 rushing, 1 pt for every 10 receiving.

My 1st and 2nd picks will be #4 and #21.( draft is a snake) Best RB choice will prob be Forte (hopefully). I'm considering starting off with Drew Brees.

As far as projected points go, the top 5 projected scorers are QBs, and Adrian Peterson comes in at 6th place. I've always gone with the 1st pick RB, 2nd pick RB or top QB, but it looks like it could really work out to draft QBs with my first two picks.


Thoughts... or insults?

Get you some Tom Brady. So he comes back this year at 75% of what he was in 2007. I can stand 35 TDs out of my QB.

I played in this exact same set-up last year! QB's were like gold, and nobody wanted to depart with any of theirs, not even their 3rd guy! If you were one of the unfortunate ones to have one of your top QB's hurt, You either had to have a quick trigger finger on the wiaver wire or you were paying a high price for someones back-up starter. Think about it, 12 teams, at least 3 QB's for each team = 36 QB's. Only 32 starters in the NFL. Just like our league last year, the guy who had Brady go down in the first game had to struggle with a Jamarcus Russell the rest of the way untill the lucky guy who picked up Cassell early traded him for Thomas Jones and Calvin Johnson!

My advise would be to take 2 early and then even comtemplate taking another good starter 3rd! A guy who drafted 11th thought he could take the best RB and WR with his first 2 picks had to go with Shaun Hill and Marc Bulger as his straters, then he only got some relief when he traded D. Williams and S. Moss for S. Rosenfelds. SAGE ROSENFELDS!!!!

I'm back :)
i also play in a similar league and the QBs fly off the board fast and furious. if you can get brees/brady/manning with your first pick i'd definitely do it. otherwise i might wait till the 2nd round, but definitely grab one then
