Maybe Miller or Nikki can. Generally speaking the betting windows can only be set every 1/2 hour.

system only allows you to close a bet on the 1/2 hour. I'll manually open it though.

just get it in before KO. Just so you know though, unless someone is around to open it for ya, there is no way to adjust a bet manually. Your the only one that can enter your own bets into the system.
