So per Schefter, the NFL hasn't put him on the Exemption list because no criminal charges have been brought. Not surprising the NFL is making it up as they go along... again.
Lots of things to point to. She's also sueing another NFL player. And why go back to your rapist's house 3 times over a year ('17-'18). Also if the texts are real AB talks about putting his junk on her. Just bad all around.
Also, just thought of this... if the accuser was meeting with the NFL starting this week then AB maybe goes on the Exemption now. Since she's not available until after her wedding then may the NFL is waiting to decide until then.
I know via the CBA that Goodell has the right to do it, but AB has his own specifics. It seems to be a classic he-said / she-said. With a lot of reasonable doubt I think it's tough for the Commish to put him on the Exemption list.
ETA: If it ends up just being a money grab the NFL looks bad...
AB got into it with Mayock yesterday, after he posted his fine letter on IG. Schefter and others reporting a suspension is likely now. Someone needs to get AB back on his meds. Yikes
I just did a test, and shared my post to Twitter. It showed a link in the tweet back to the SO post but not the post itself. I click on it and it brings me right to the test post. Not sure it would for non-members.
Anyone could have cut/paste a post to any other site before too. The Share option does make something like that easier, but at least it's a link back to SO so the author gets the credit.
