Cam to have shoulder surgery

On his throwing shoulder to repair a "partially torn rotator cuff," and is questionable for the start of training camp. There's a chance that he'll miss the entire preseason. Fantasy owners take a deep breath here.

Not really, they were hoping it wouldn't require surgery. Any surgery has risks and they'd rather not go that route unless they absolutely have to have surgery. What's more perplexing is them waiting 9 days because he didn't feel good about missing some prior commitments. WTF is that about?

OK, but 3 months? Seems excessive but I guess they know more than I do. Well, maybe they do. :cool:
